Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — they constitute a binding agreement between you and ppvio.
Introduction & Acceptance
ppvio is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. The terms and conditions described on this page ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ppvio and its users.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Restrictions
It is the user's own responsibility to access our services from regions where online gaming is legally permitted. ppvio bears no legal liability in this regard. Complying with the applicable laws of your own country or region is entirely your responsibility.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, ppvio reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts, and any related bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification
ppvio may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.
Deposits & withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
ppvio currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required in certain special cases or during the verification process.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made to registered payment methods.
- It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, ppvio reserves the right to hold payments.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on ppvio are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 will earn a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳15,000 in bets before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- ppvio reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is not permitted.
- If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
Game Playing Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ppvio believes in fair play. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results. There is no way to predetermine or influence the outcome of any specific game.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a result or payout displayed due to a technical error is abnormal, ppvio reserves the right to void the relevant bet. Claims arising from technical errors will not be accepted.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each market and event in the sports betting section, including cricket and football. Once a bet is accepted, cancellation is generally not possible; however, in certain circumstances — such as an event being cancelled — the bet may be refunded. Specific terms for betting markets apply separately.
VIP Program & Cashback
ppvio's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancing to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. ppvio reserves the right to change VIP terms, cashback rates, or tier structures at any time. Users will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the bonus system
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Any form of fraud, theft, or deceptive activity
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to operate games
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users
- Attempting to breach or undermine the platform's security measures
- Providing a false identity or fake information on an account
